I had the option of returning the product for a full refund but after waiting for a full week for delivery I didn't want the added inconvenience of packing the product up, taking it to the post office etc. and weighing everything up I did wonder if I would actually get a refund as my experience so far was not very positive. What I really wanted was the Paul Mitchelll Shampoo 2 1000ml that was advertised and that I ordered and paid for.
