She says its very comfy. She has a medical condition, where her muscles contract and tighten, which forces her head forward. This brace allows her to actually look people in the eye, instead up at them. It’s also easily adjustable to allow for more or less movement. She is not a tiny gal, but the medium worked just fine ### ⭐ It broke *by H***H on December 18, 2020* From all the bending on it to try and make it fit right and not rub, it ended up braking the small wire it's made of. It was easy to hide if going out. The support was fair but rubbed under the chin and the pressure made your chin sore, also on your chest. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Expensive but worth it *by R***1 on May 12, 2020* I got this for my brother who has ALS. He said it was much more comfortable and it is the only one he uses now. The cloth coverings can be washed and we purchased an extra set of coverings so they could be washed and the brace was still available for use.
