I was disappointed to find that it did not have Microsoft word in it as my EMachine did. I can obtain Microsoft word and office if I pay for it which I do not want to do at this time. I use word pad for all the things I need to write and print out. It was packaged well and it is smaller and more compact than my old computer. I am not sure at this time if I like Windows 10 and a lot of my friends are saying the same thing. I guess I will just have to get used to it.
