There are simply NO words to describe how awesome these cards are! NewMe Fitness has created a comprehensive set of stretching cards that are the perfect size and with a readable font size. The portability is great! The ability to create individual stretching regimens for any fitness goal by mixing and matching the cards is stellar! This is my very first card pack, but I will be purchasing the whole lot in the coming months.

Wow, I was so pleased to get these cards. They are nice and large, easy to read, with one side of each card showing a simple sketch of a stretching pose. The other side of each card explains how to maneuver the stretch pose, how long to hold it, and which area of the body it benefits. I also like that you can create your own sequence of movements based on various sporting activities you enjoy. They are just right for a beginner like me!

Bought this as a gift to my daughter in law. Great way to learn proper stretches without paying for a personal trainer.

NewMe Fitness Workout Stretching Cards are awesome surprise to me. I like the design and the simplicity of them. Easy to use and read or view. I got these for a gift, and after the recommendation I purchased them for myself. I started to use them hesitantly then Realized how effective and motivating they are. Now I really liked them. The cards very nicely show how to do every stretching or workout movement. More I use them, more I continued to learn of the benefits of stretching as important exercises. My friend told me he was very happy that I had given to him as gift and me too buying them for myself. Anyone should research on the right type of stratching for themselves before using them. I recommend them.

These are easy to travel with, do as I sit infront of the TV and share with friends as we meet to exercise together.

I thought I was doing a good thing getting more exercise in. I did have surgery in 2016 for sciatica. I did one of the exercises on these cards which is called a lunge and I screwed my back up completely one month ago. I know in extreme pain and wish I never would have done this. I now have spinal canal stenosis and need surgery which I cannot get it because of covid-19. Be careful when doing these exercises!

These cards are great for reminding me of different types of stretches to do at home and while traveling. They are well made, extremely durable, and easy to understand. Shuffle them up and you never have the same stretching regime.

I got these because I need to start excercising but I literally have no idea how and this keeps from the gym because I’m too embarrassed and don’t know how to do anything and don’t want to be made into the next meme! So I started with the easiest ones of stretching, each card gives you detailed description on the back on how to to do the stretch and it shows what muscles you are stretching. It also has sequence cards. For example it will tell you to do card 6, then 7, then 9, and so on and for how long to hold each stretch. They also have blank cards so you can create your own sequence if you wish.

Love these for our gymnastics kids!
