Initially the side 'wings' were too big and were painful. We checked how to insert the strip and found out that these could be trimmed to size. This we did but the strip would not stay in place and fell out almost immediately each time it was inserted. It was unusable, which was a shame as they would have been good value for money if they worked for her. She will have to continue using the expensive adhesive external nose strips.
