Very tasty and chocolatey but writing so small it's difficult to work out it's calorific content. Very rich so one a day is enough!

Des petits en-cas qui coupent très bien la faim
Comme il est difficile de réellement évaluer la pertinence nutritionnelle de ces gâteaux cet avis concernera avant tout le goût. Comparé à d'autres gâteaux protéinés que j'ai déjà utilisé auparavant lorsque je pratiquais plus régulièrement du sport je trouve ces derniers nettement plus agréables, attention néanmoins il ne faut pas s'attendre à monts et merveilles cela reste avant tout des apports de nutriments dans un emballage aussi supportable que possible mais ce n'est en aucun cas une gourmandise, comme tout les gâteaux de ce type il sera très sec avec un je ne sais quoi de légèrement chimique en arrière goût. Mais encore une fois de tout ceux que j'ai déjà pu goûter c'est facilement l'un des meilleurs. Apporte une excellente satiété également malgré un petit format, je pense que le gâteau soit aussi chocolaté et sucré est un peu fait exprès pour ne pas avoir envie d'enchainer ces gâteaux par pure gourmandise, aussi bon soient-ils on a pas envie d'en reprendre un deuxième une fois qu'on a terminés. Emballage individuel et facilement transportable. Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de lire mon avis !
