It works... kinda.... *by S***O on Reviewed in the United States on October 23, 2016* Unfortunately this light set is pretty disappointing. I think it's a classic "you get what you pay for" scenario. My experience with this light set has been pretty underwhelming. The best thing about them is the price. I think I've given these a fair shake and still, disappointment. The head light is just "ok". It basically just glows. It doesn't put any real beam of light on the path. If your objective is just to be seen, then this will be fine. But if you really want to see where you are going and light up the trail ahead of you, this isn't going to get the job done. Mine also has an annoying squeak. I've taking it off and put it back on the bars and really tightened it, but after a while, it starts squeaking again. As for the tail light, I'll stop short of saying its junk, but it's not much better than junk. It does put out decent light when it works and has several flash options, but it hasn't worked through an entire ride yet. We ride primarily paved trails and roads, but for some reason this light will not stay on. We can stop and turn it back on, but it inevitably goes off again. I try to judge products with their price point in mind, and for a $10 light set, I give it a 2 stars. At the same time I purchased this set I also purchased a $24 set and it has been outstanding. I have a friend that spent $90 on a set and honestly, it's a waste of money compared to my $24 set. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more. You don't need to spend a fortune, just don't cheap out. Obviously the large majority of the reviewers here have had good luck with this set, but if you have experience with more than just this light set, it will be obvious there are better choices for not a lot more money. ### ⭐ You get what you pay for. *by J***S on Reviewed in the United States on October 6, 2016* These lights are a case of, "you get what you pay for." They are cheaply made. The front light is bright, but illuminates such a small area it is not adequate. I ride bumpy roads and the inner fitting fell out - who knows where. I have been unsuccessful in attaching the front light so it doesn't flip on major bumps, and the cover for the battery compartment has fallen off due to bumps in the road as well. The rear light has fared much better, and I appreciate it for making me visible on dark mornings. I'm probably going to have to invest in a front light that is much more sturdy and that can stay put.P.S. Today I road my bike through a heavy rain. The back light, which I was willing to call suitable, began turning on spontaneously, repeatedly through the day. I turned it off; it came back on, again and again. I finally had to remove the batteries to get it to stay turned off. I am reducing my star rating to one because the back light is very poor as well, turns out. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Hard to Get It to Stay Put *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 18, 2016* I used the headlight from this combo, but not the taillight. The light itself works fine and is plenty bright, and I like that it can pivot in increments left and right.However, the clamp on the headlight broke today on the way to work while I was going over some rough pavement (not jumping curbs or anything). The problem, as best I can tell, was that the clamp was too tight and couldn't take the stress; however I HAD to tighten it to that degree to get the headlight to stay put. This is because the headlight's center of gravity is not centered over the handlebar, but shifted forward by 3/4 inch or so. So when you go over bumps, the headlight wants to pivot downwards.
