This quality is partly expressed in the packaging which must account for a significant portion of the overall cost. It came in 3 interlocking boxes, the final box containing individual containers for all the components. What price the environment?The tiny print in the instructions are tiresome, but crucially omit a vital point - you can’t charge it until you turn on the power button, a point not mentioned in the instructions or indeed the online help which I resorted to. Following the instructions and plugging in, no lights showed, and the unit remained dead for the minimum 3 hours suggested online. At the point of returning the whole thing I noticed the black recessed power button on the side of the black power unit. The lights came on. The power button isn’t mentioned in the instructions and is not at first obvious.It’s not a massage as I understand it, but a sequence of compressions from feet to upper thighs, and on the feet the powerful compression is uncomfortable since it compresses the sides of the feet, not top and bottom as one would expect.That said, the quality is very high indeed, and the compression unexpectedly powerful.
