I keep buying this because it works. There is enough magnesium in here that it helps prevent my restless legs from starting up at night. It tastes really great compared to the big brand of initials anyone who listens to Podcasts has heard about. It’s also an excellent value in this category. The packets are easy to pack in a purse and it ends the dehydration that brings on Keto flu. I think it’s highly effective and great quality. My only recommendation would be if the packets were easier to open. These are difficult to open and I have to find scissors to to it which is difficult when out and about. All in all, these are my favorite electrolytes.

Thus far, this is the best electrolyte drink packet I’ve come across. I was a little skeptical initially. I went with the zesty orange (pause) because I felt like that was a flavor that would be hard to mess up and it’s delicious. So I’ll probably try the watermelon next. Also, no citric acid. I can’t handle citric acid for some reason so finding products without it is a journey and finding products without it that taste good is even less common. So this is great. I love it. Great mineral profile. Will buy again.

Love the taste of these. They work very well.

The pros: - mixes easily - good for keto diet - very hydrating - no sugar The cons: - packets hard to open - powder sticks to the sides of the packet - not every flavor is a winner I enjoy these and like that they supposedly have fewer additives than other brands. If you’re trying to pick a flavor, here’s my ranking of the flavors that I’ve tried: 1. Orange 2. Lemon Lime 3. Berry 4. Grapefruit 5. Cherry 6. Red white & bam 7. Melon 8. Blue slushies 9. grape 10. Strawberry lemonade (don’t recommend, weird aftertaste)

We are on a carnivore diet for a year & a half now & use Saltt exclusively. Best electrolyte product on the market! Orange is husband's favorite flavor, while I like a variety of their flavors. No maltodextrin--no artificial colors. It is sweetened with stevia, but we appreciate that very much! The hydration effect is quick & long-lasting.

The Keto Chow Electrolytes – Orange Flavor is hands down my top choice! 🍊 It’s sooo good — refreshing, light, and not overly sweet. I’ve tried many of the major electrolyte brands over the years, and this one is by far my favorite. The ingredients are clean, which I really appreciate, and it mixes easily without any weird aftertaste. I feel hydrated and replenished after workouts or hot days, and I actually look forward to drinking it. If you’re looking for a delicious, clean electrolyte option, this is the one to get!
