It works, better than others I have tried!
Since starting to use an IUD 3 or so years ago I most definitely noticed a change in how I smelled โdown thereโ and I had become really self conscious about it. After doing a little research I read that probiotics can help, so settled on this one due to the reasonable price, and it definitely made a difference! I had to switch to an alternate product for a few months due to it becoming unavailable and this one most definitely was more effective! 10/10 will continue using as long as I need to, has most definitely stopped me feeling as self conscious :)

Itching gone
Intimate itching was gone within days! That alone is a god send and a reason to buy these. Did notice increased amount of discharge though, hence 4 stars.

Helped get rid of ingrown hair cysts love the added cranberry
Fantastic Iโll stick to these, I used optibac for years but recently tried this as on sale. Past 3 weeks using them I noticed my ingrown hair cyst started to reduce and has now gone. The added cranberry I think works better than optibac

Seem to be beneficial.
I am peri-menopausal and have noticed things have been slightly different with me lately. Only mildly, but I have been somewhat paranoid about how I smell. Anyway, I happened to see the most frank, hilarious FB ad for another brand of supplement and it got me thinking that I might try probiotics for a while and see. I didn't want to spend too much in case it was a waste of cash. I've only been taking these for five days and I definitely feel fresher. It's definitely important to stay hydrated with plenty of water, and eat nutritious food, but who does that perfectly these days? Not me. I am happy so far, but then I didn't really have major "symptoms." Give them a go.
