A yin yoga class planner with space to create classes of 45, 60 and 90 minutes. The book includes 10 class plans to provides inspiration. The focus of these classes covers different themes including the chakras. Each class also includes tips and notes and a suggested poem to end the class. After the class plans the book has plenty of pages for you to create and record your own classes to reflect back on when you need inspiration. The planner has space for opening notes, the poses to practice, closing notes. On a second page there is space to record more in depth notes and tips you might want to remember and also alternative postures. Note: This planner does not contain any pictures of the poses
