Comes with a stand as well as a kit to mount it and has a remote controller. It's not battery operated, you have to plug it in. The sound is good, not great. There is a light that changes color depending on what mode it is in. For example, when it's playing a cd the light is blue. When it's in fm radio, it's purple. USB is green. Different modes, including aux and Bluetooth. But I haven't tried them. Just using the cd mode for now. The FM radio didnt work for me. Maybe Im not using it correctly. Overall, I would say it's worth it for a casual listener.
