I simply couldn't go back to any other brand, and I'm so happy I found it on Amazon!As someone who is easily affected by caffeine but still loves the taste of coffee in the morning, I have always used decaf. Then I read an article about how most decaffeinated coffee is chemical processed, and that water processed was the way to go. I started buying water processed coffee but for a much higher price per ounce as the options are somewhat limited.This brand is a win-win because not only is it water processed without any chemicals, but the beans are organic. The price is amazing for the size of the bag; 32 ounces versus most store-bought bags which are 12 ounces.I would call this a medium roast, and the taste is amazing. It's by far the best tasting decaffeinated coffee I've ever purchased, and believe me I've tried many brands!Keep in mind that this bag contains whole beans, so if you don't own a grinder you'll have to take it to your local grocery store to have the beans ground, which mine does with no problem.
