This device isn't going to be a quick fix but like many other training devices out there, it's going to help engrain a perticular feeling in order to correct flaws in your swing. Any device that allows for you to hit balls is a plus so I can say that it's a great piece of equipment. My only complaint is that I myself am not a very big person nor do have longer arms. I'm 5.6 ft tall and noticed that the device sits a bit closer to my sternum than I'd like.
