Can you wear these without a helmet? Can glasses be worn underneath them without helmet?

Yes. The straps are adjustable to work with or with out a helmet. They are OTG goggles, so you can wear them over your glasses as long as they are not very large glasses. They fit my wife perfectly, but were a little snug with my glasses. I prefer the Scott OTG glasses for myself, as they are slightly larger.
