I've been using this for some moves in their teaser program A Little Obsessed, and they work great. All bands like this tend to slide up a bit, but these stay in place pretty well, and it helps if you wear them over fabric (as opposed to bare skin). As you can see from the attached photos, they are each around 9" (give or take a bit), and the little booklet that comes with it is a great way to find exercises to do with these. The coil binding and thick board paper make it stand up easily.
