I still feel it is a good little handheld gaming device though (that's why I bought another one) and I especially like the clamshell form factor for ease of portability. And since it is Android OS it can mirror the functionality of any Android phone in terms of gaming and multimedia use. Battery life is pretty decent, lasting a whole day with moderate use. Gaming controls are very responsive and comfortable to use and the freedom to add and play almost any kind of game from multiple different platforms is still amazing to me. Still, the powering problem with the first one still haunts me but I am hoping that it was an isolated issue and won't be the case with this unit.
