A: My grandson is 2 years old, blind and has a hard time walking and this walker has allowed him to start walking and also feels very safe in it.

A: Needs to be disassembled, the minimum size after disassembly is 27.5*19.7*9.5in

A: No it does not. But it has easy to use instructions. I was able to assemble it in short period of time.
