And trust me, my wife is an abuser of knives in the kitchen. If it's holding up for her, it should hold up for anyone. The large one (10") is pretty large, so she finds herself mostly using the smaller (8") for everyday cooking and food processing tasks. The blade style is so awesome and usefull that I purchased an even smaller knife in another brand because it had the exact same edge profile. I'd like to see Piklohas make this blade style even one size smaller. I cannot say anything bad about these blades so far and we are 5 months in on everyday use.
