If you seriously want it to work, I would say that you shouldn't drink any tea or coffee for 2 weeks. Do this whitening every day, twice a day, for 2 weeks, use the serum generously, literally paint it on to each tooth. Before you start, I recommend cutting a cotton wool pad into 3 strips. Put one on your top gums, one on the bottom and dry your teeth with the third before applying serum. Otherwise saliva gets in the way of it working nicely. The serum will paint 5 teeth before you need to dip it back into the holder for more. Let it dry on your teeth for 20 seconds then blast your teeth with LED light. I'm giving this product 5 stars because I really enjoy using it and I think it has worked.
