**Q: How water resistant are they?**
A: I spray them with a water resistant spray and I have not had any issues with light rain. However, I would not wear them if it is pouring. They are not water proof.

**Q: Do they have removable insoles?**
A: yes

**Q: I have flat feet so need some extra support in shoes, would these be suitable?**
A: I have a fallen arch in one foot and wear a leather (plastic are cheaper) arch support. It lifts the arch and fits snugly into this ankle boot.
