Many thanks** A: Try online but if it helps, the holes are 1500 mm from left side to right side, and 150 mm from between the front and back holes. The item comes with a cardboard template with holes in it for marking the ceiling before installing. **Q: Does the dryer blow hot and cold air?** A: No, the fans mix the ambient air and help drying, Foxydry **Q: Recently installed. My foxy dry doesn’t seem to be going up to the top recently. Seems to automatically stop about 3 inches too soon. Any ideas?** A: hi not had that happen i would drop it down all the way and see if the cables have got caught up put a bit of light pressure on each end and see if there is any slack **Q: The multi-lingual instructions have pictures but please tell us the size of the drill bit (diameter of bolt hole) to go in the ceiling and power in KW** A: Cannot remember the drill bit size, but you just need to use one the same size as the plug bolt that you are going to put in the hole, tighter the better. That is if your ceiling is solid concrete and you are using a SDS Drill, ordinary drills are not good for solid concrete. Also you may need more or bigger washers to get the right tight secure hold needed. I have a humidifier so there no damp issues as we do atleast 2 washing loads a day. It holds quite a lot of washing including sheets and towels. I don’t use the fan which comes intergrated in the rack but did use the light a few times when my spotlights weren’t working. The remote is also very handy. It was a bit on the pricey side, but now I hardly use my tumble dryer so make savings on the electricity bill over time, I’m sure.
