**Q: Lock won't unlock with code after locking  with the code hat was set. Not sure why? It has worked the last 4 weeks. Help!?**
A: Try putting it to all zeros.

**Q: Can this lock function in freezing cold outdoor chicago il winter weather on a gate? i would love to not wrap and wrap as i do now as keylock freezes.**
A: This lock is no different from a cheap bike cable and lock, which is perfectly fine because it is designed to hold together refrigerator doors indoors.
