The basket had only been subjected to the Washing and no other use and had been treated with respect. When I spoke to some female operative in this firm and explained the situation, I was informed, as I heard it the phone, that as we had had the basket for more than thirty days, there was nothing they could do, the only answer was to scrap it. the product proved useless and certainly not usable to carry laundry items, as the more it was used the worse the splitting became. We will not be using this company again, for any products. I wrote he first review jsu after having delivery of the basket. Not quite as it turned out.

**Q: What is the height of this when collapsed please?**
A: The height is just 9 centimetres

**Q: Has anyone been using one of these for some time to vouch for its durability?**
A: I have owned this since March 2019 and now it has split and is un-usable, I like the product just wish it had lasted longer.

**Q: how big is it in liters?**
A: 75 litres, to the rim but you can stack higher

**Q: Is it good for hand washing in it....ex. can it hold water?**
A: Yes you can put some water in the bottom but you cannot fill to the top But most say that isn't what it is for It is a washing bracket to carry wet and dry washing

A very nice flooding washing basket.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Handy washing basket!

Really love this washing basket as we live in a small flat so it’s perfect for folding up and storing away and doesn’t take up too much space. When it is sitting with washing in it it does start to collapse but I use it for moving the washing from the machine to the washing line so it works fine for this. It is difficult to fold and unfold and I use my foot to push it out, I’d say it would be difficult for someone more elderly or someone who has mobility difficulties.
