Within a minute of starting the mix the silicone started thickening. I used a model made of (dried) air dry clay coated with a thin veneer of acrylic paint and a day later I had a perfect mold. I was nervous removing the model due to some stretching required but the cured silicone stretched easily with no damage and the model slid right out without a release agent being needed. This was the smoothest mold making experience I've had yet and produced the best result. As a bonus, it seemed to be easier to clean up than the other kits I've tried, wiping the inevitable sticky residue clean off my fingers with a paper towel, without the repeated scrubbing the earlier mixes needed. Bubbles from the mixing process released without applying negative air pressure.
