Terrible Quality
Absolutely terrible. Installation wasn't difficult, but it wasn't easy either. One side wouldn't slide in without force because some ball bearings or the frame itself was damaged. Not worth the money.

Know your rack dimensions!
Unfortunately people are flooding poor reviews for something not in any way the fault of this product lol! I own two server racks - one is of open frame design, one is an more enterprise cabinet enclosure. My open frame rack is about 18" wide inside width from U-post to U-post. My cabinet enclosure is roughly 17.5" inside width from U-post to U-post. The extra.. 1/10 or so of an inch of metal that the mounting bracket adds when mounting ANY universal sliding rail kit most definitely causes them to snag the sides of your rack mount case on a 17.5" inside width rack - not so on 18" inside width rack. Easy solution for a 17.5" rack - mount the bracket ears on the inside of your U-post and reverse mount your cage nuts so that you can make the mounting bracket flush with the end of the U-post so the actual rail kit starts flush with the post. Product is great, mounts perfect and sizes perfectly horizontally with my rack mounts and blanks above and below, no snagging no pinching. This company entirely deserves better reviews and more people to take the time to understand. 10 stars!

Save yourself time and energy and get something elese.
UPDATE: Seller reached out to me and was very responsive to my feedback. I am hopeful they can correct some of the shortcomings of this product. A simple update to the instruction manual and correct types of screws would make a huge difference. Sure there are some physical design issues, but that is already typed out here. No need to continue complaining. I am revising this to 3 stars because the sellers are helpful and responsive so that alone helps me trust them a little bit more and again, PLEASE try to take some of the feedback into consideration on new iterations of this product. Save yourself time and energy spent on setting these up. The instructions are not clear but also riddled with typos, the hardware they provide is limited and it is just not a good product at all. To start you have to remove the inner rail by pushing down a lever...this lever is nylon. You can push it down all you want but it will not release the rail from the ball bearing. You still have to pull it off with great force. The screws are limited and not well defined as to what you need so you have to figure it out yourself. Good luck getting your server pushed in with the rack mount ears against the rack...You can't do that with this if you have a 2U server. I bought two of these and I am returning one of them. After the hassle of getting my server onto this rack I will use it for now, but if I can get a new one and pull my server off this one you bet I am returning it as well. Save yourself the time and money and get something nicer. This is complete trash.

Horrible instructions, difficult install, can easily come apart
So bad, this was just a pain to install and the instructions are horrible. Once I finally got it installed it broke while loading my server into the rack. Just stay away

Slide To Slide
I typically refrain from using the word 'impressed' in product reviews, as it can often be overused. However, I must say that compared to a higher quality pair I acquired twenty years ago, these knee braces are surprisingly good, especially considering their affordable price. The difference in finish is noticeable, but it's not far off from the superior pair. After giving them a thorough wipe-down and applying a touch of grease, they have proven to be highly effective. I've tested them with a moderately packed 2U server case containing a power unit, drives, and two fans, and they have performed admirably. For the price, I give them a thumbs up!

Unthoughtful design, not worth it.
You can force it to work but it's really not worth it. You'll put more thought into assembling it than went into designing it. These are the worst of the DIY rails I've tried. There are three problems: 1. There is no threaded hole to screw the rails and L brackets together, instead you have to figure out which screw head and washer will fit under the sliding rail on the inner, and push it through to the outside to bolt it to the L bracket (That's bad design, fiddly, requires three hands, it's tight so sometimes a hammer and a file). 2. Just as bad as #1, the holes in the L brackets that secure it to the rack are oval AND larger than any rack screw I've seen, this means the entire rail can twist and sag a few millimeters which means sliding out a chassis an annoying and violent chore. 3. Just as bad as #1-2, the L brackets have no threads, so you have to put the cage nut on the outside of the post and screw the rack nut from behind the L bracket which means having access to the racks sides, and a long screw driver so you don't bend the bracket out of alignment with handle of the screwdriver. 4. Because of #3, the cage nuts on the outside hit the rack ears on the chassis, preventing the chassis from being fully inserted and hitting the detent that keeps the chassis secured, it also sticks out and doesn't look as nice. Poor fit. Bad value. Poor quality.

Installation guide is terrible
The guide was terrible and installation was 10x harder than any other brands I have used. I ordered this because I could get it overnighted for an emergency. I highly recommend other brands. The build quality is very nice once it is installed.

Well made, not so universal for Supermicro
I got 2 of these for my 2U Supermicro 12Bay servers. They do not work with my servers and there is no way to attach them. However, they seem well made enough. If you have a server with a flat sides and lots of mount holes this is a good affordable options. I wish they would say at least what servers they do not work with. So not as Universal as I was hoping.
