This has been a great part of my improve sleep. I been taking most nights for almost a year now. Great product.

Personally, I did not have any side effects with Apigenin. As far as sleep supplements go, this is one of the safest ones. You don't really have any downside to it so try it and see if it works for you! What works better than this? 10-20m of sunlight exposure when you wake up. It's what has helped me the most. Magnesium bisglycinate and Ltheanine are also great. Melatonin should only be taken rarely, as it's not good for long term use. Don't use a lot either.

Really works to relax you. Must take at least 150mg.

Does it make you sleepy? Yes. My problem with this supplement is that it is mixed in with a huge amounts of other fillers making this product unsafe for people with digestive problems.
