Review: Great little PC for workstation or media center - I purchased this for my three young boys. I setup a media center and homework station for them off to the side of our living room. I mounted this mini PC on the back of a 40" Vizio TV. This mini PC is quite powerful. I haven't purchased a new PC in about 5 years and was pleasantly surprised at how quick this PC actually is. My last purchase was a Dell i7 of some sort from 2018. This new PC absolutely crushes my last PC on the benchmarks and it is simply snappy fast and quite noticeable even when doing simple tasks. I purchased this during Cyber Week and got an excellent deal. I think for the price, there likely isn't anything out there that is remotely comparable. This little PC is a beast. I do find the cooling fans to be a bit noisy when the PC is under heavy load, but for our uses, we hardly ever stress the system enough to begin with. The Ryzen 7 graphics are pretty good, and it will run most games on reduced settings. I personally have not tested too many modern games on this unit as of yet, but it does really well with the slightly older games that I might regularly play. The case seems quite solid and this PC is really small. Even though it is small, it still has more than enough in and out ports for most users. I have had zero issues with the PC so far, not a single hanging mouse or even a stutter. This is an excellent little machine in my opinion.

**Q: Can I install windows 10 pro for free in this unit? Or will I need to pay for windows 10 pro?**
A: Visit the website and download the ISO image - you can get ubuntu too.  For the key, customer support will provide it.

**Q: how does this differ from ser5 pro (https://www.amazon.com/dp/b0b5wqg4ht/?coliid=i2ufqivn832oi0&colid=3igsw54prjt4d&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it&th=1)?**
A: Check cpu cores/threads, base and max boost, (higher base speed does make a difference), 1 or 2 nics, type of display outputs, number of usb ports in back, case style - wide (gr9) has 2 fans and supports an extra m.2 sata port ... depends on the differences that matter to you.

But, these go on sale very often 15-20% so never pay full price. If you are only getting one, get the best on on sale you can afford like the GR( case 4900H or 5900HX, the base speed does matter. it is worth a hundred or so more if you actually use the pc.

**Q: Is this pc vr ready?**
A: I suppose it is since it has several USB (standard) and USB-C ports to connect multiple devices.

**Q: I mainly use my computer for Lightroom and photoshop and I have a MacBook that crashes using the new denoise how does this preform?**
A: I am not sure about that specific tool but I have used other similar filters (such as noise) with no issues at all.  Everything in PS runs way faster than on my fairly new laptop.  Hope that helps.  PS I am upgrading to the max RAM of 64gb and I added a second ssd drive so total storage is 1tb.
