It is a weird bottle, I think the thing is to squeeze it until the small chamber fills up and then pour out the liquid into a dropper bottle so you can get precise doses via a dropper. Maybe the small chamber is probably the right size dose for a horse - I don't know, only guessing, I don't know why the bottle is the way it is. Review: Excellent work’s very well - I use a similar product on my horses with good results so I bought this to try for my stiff Leonburger and so far the results have been very good. I can see a big difference if I forget to give her a dose.
