Product Description How to open DAY&MOON Light default program? After unboxing, just press the CLOCK button to set the local current time. If DIY mode is running, you need to turn off DIY mode and enter DAY&MOON Light mode. How to program custom day and moon light modes? Press and hold the timer button for 3 seconds until "DAY-L ON" flashes - then press the up/down button to set the on time - press the timer button again to save. Press the WRGB button to set the light color and brightness - press the TIMER button again to save. Press the UP/DOWN buttons to set the off time - press the TIMER button again to save. Repeat the above operations to complete "MOON-L" mode. notes The daylight mode is divided into two light time stages. If you need to turn off the moon mode, you need to set the brightness of the moon mode to "0". When the light is turned on/off, the light will slowly rise/fall within 15 minutes. How to open DIY default programs Press and hold the DIY button - the screen will read OFF - then press the UP or DOWN button to select ON to activate DIY mode. Press the DIY button again to save and it's ready to run. Simulate the light changes 24 hours a day, with gradual orange sunrise, completely bright noon, afternoon, sunset, moonlight changing from bright blue to dark blue, and automatically shutting off. Press the DIY button again to enter settings - the screen will display L1 - then press the UP/DOWN button to set the L1 stage at the start and end time - press the DIY button again to save the settings. Press the WRGB button to set the color and brightness of L1stage - press the DIY button again to save. Repeat the above operations for L2/L3/L4/L5/L6/L7 to complete the timer. L8 is disabled by default and cannot be set. Hint In DIY mode, the day is divided into 8 light time stages. If you need to turn off one of the stages, you need to set its brightness to "0". Each stage will take 15 minutes to progress gradually to the next stage.

Review: great for the price - for the money it’s a great light! nice and bright with easy to use customisation as well as a 24h mode. it’s grown my plants nicely but i can’t comment on its longevity yet. my only complaint is for some reason when the light is on the lowest brightness it makes a hissing noise but if you don’t use it on that setting it’s not too much of an issue. overall 4.5/5

**Q: Can two lights be paired to separate remotes?**
A: Yes, it can. Plug in one of the lights and install the remote control battery first, and then set up the program. After setting it up, you can plug in another light and install the remote control battery to set it up. By staggering the time, the remote control will not recognize the signals of two lights at the same time, thus controlling the program of two lights.

**Q: Will this light work if it is mounted in the hood? Wasn't sure if the sensor would need to be visible. I hope ppl understand what I'm trying to ask lo**
A: Yes it has a rf remote.

**Q: wll mkore than one ligh work with one remote?**
A: I only have one but I would assume that multiple should work with the same remote, just like all other electronics of the same brand and generation. in the unlikely event that they do not all respond to the same remote there is certainly a way to program them to do so...how else would you get a replacement remote. I am pretty sure of this and plan to buy another for the same tank

**Q: If I bought 2 of these lights could I use one remote to control both?**
A: Yes.  Since the remote uses RF (radio frequency). one remote will control all similar lights within range.  That might suck if you live in an apartment with a bunch of fish-head neighbors!

for the money it’s a great light! nice and bright with easy to use customisation as well as a 24h mode. it’s grown my plants nicely but i can’t comment on its longevity yet. my only complaint is for some reason when the light is on the lowest brightness it makes a hissing noise but if you don’t use it on that setting it’s not too much of an issue. overall 4.5/5

Nice light remote setting are a bit complicated & so tiny to see on the screen I needed magnifier so I gave up & just use manual setting every time I turn it on
