I popped the battery out and checked the voltage 1.1V where it supposed to be 1.5V. Replaced with a new one and works great, I did not check for precision yet, I will update if there is anything wrong with that. So in conclusion DON'T pre install batteries in devices that might turn on in a box, or just don't pre install period because electronics without physical disconnect switch will have parasitic drain. Overall good indicator probe, stupid decision about battery. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ mesure précise et facile à utiliser *by Y***R on Reviewed in France 🇫🇷 on 8 February 2023* j'utilise la jauge pour régler ma scie sur table et mesurer des distances précises sur certaines pièces.Comme je l'ai lu précédemment, l'écran en plastique semble fragile. Il faut donc éviter de presser trop fort avec des gros doits :) sinon il est tout de même résistant et l'ensemble de la jauge est fonctionnelle. les touches sont faciles d'accès et répondent bien.Le système pour changer la pile est plutôt difficile à ouvrir mais bon, avec le coup de main, on finit par y arriver sans rien casser.Les vis à l'arrière de la sonde gagneraient à être un peu plus grosse, mais si on est équipé de tournevis de précision de qualité, pas de souci pour changer le fond et profiter du second qui prend un axe à enfiler.le boîtier est en plastique rigide et protège bien la jauge et ses accessoires. rien à dire de plus sur ce sujet.globalement c'est un bon produit qui semble plutôt juste (je l'ai comparé à une mesure à la règle classe II), en tout cas très suffisant pour les travaux de menuiserie auxquels je le destine. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Très précis, cet outils est parfait *by K***C on Reviewed in France 🇫🇷 on 17 May 2022* Je l'utilise pour regler la planéité du bed de mon imprimante 3D.
