Is that what I’m seeing in the photos?** A: Yes, that is correct… the inside has a grommeted plastic liner inside for storing chemicals, test strips, etc. The package comes with screws and pre-drilled holes for the inside liner mounting. Overall I’m pleased with the design. **Q: What is the Weight rating of these steps?** A: Not sure if the actual rating but I’m over 200 and they dont even flex. It took about 20 minutes to assemble. The interior storage area is not solid, but rather a tarp like bag. wasn’t sure i’d like that, but it is working out fine. Things stay dry inside.
