I had 30 minute applications every other day for 2 weeks, my teeth are very sensitive and I can't apply anything stronger than this. It did work, obviously not the highest white possible, but good enough. If you don't have very sensitive I suggest something stronger. I'll buy again soon. **Q: Is this the same active ingredients as the day white product?** A: Well I don't know for sure. You need to go read the Day White active ingredients and compare them. I have been using this night white product for several years. I only whiten once a week for 45 min and it keeps my teeth a natural white. **Q: Is this an expired item? I put a little dab of it on each tooth in my retainer and I do sleep with it in overnight.
