The first thing was, no instructions, no recipes. You would not think that that is important, but it is. The sheeter is solidly constructed, and it has a handle on the side that allows you to get repeatable thicknesses. It is very easy to turn. My first 2 tries were failures. Pizza dough ripped up in the machine. Danish did the same. My third try on pizza dough was much better. The thing is, if you know your dough, take it in small steps. Make sure that the dough is not too loose. In the end, I can see me putting away the rolling pin for a long time.
