It is a great addition as truffle itself is expensive and hard to come by. It is great to be able to sprinkle it on top of my pasta or my eggs. It tastes great and has a strong truffle scent. It is a decent size and I mainly use it as a treat for salting and savoriness. It comes in a bottle with two openings. One is for a light sprinkle and the other is for dunking it. I accidentally opened the dunking side a few times so that was an unfortunate accident.
