**Q: Is the Information legible on the chart. I cannot tell online.**
A: Absolutely. Very clear,concise with clearly and legible written information. The chart is well crafted in design. I use it on a daily basis as a reference for patients so that they can see at a glance the necessary information. Highly recommended. I work in muscle-skeletal medicine.

**Q: are these laminated?**
A: No. My copy was not laminated but gloss finished. I had it laminated subsequently.
