A good product for reflux (which is a risk factor for oesophageal cancer). The pills - PPIs- are not safe to use in the long term. My irritating dry cough has completely resolved using this pillow, combined with eating dinner a bit earlier. I'm pleased I got it and use it every night. Its comfortable although feels slightly odd the first night only. The cover is removable and washable. The product would be great rather than good if it came with a spare pillow case **Q: Are there ant pillow cases or spare zip-on covers for this?** A: I haven't found a pillowcase that fits the wedge.
