The toner doesn’t dry out my skin, it has improved it ( unlike other toners that did the opposite and worse). It has never been or radiance. I previously purchased it at Ulta but they sell the smaller size for more money. I have acne and sensitive skin and this helps both of those issues. Just be careful because Mario Badescu has another yellow cucumber lotion C that looks the same but that one was too strong for my skin.
