**Q: The ingredients in the bottle I bought says 0.5g of carbohydrate per 100 ml, whilst here it says 4g per 30ml, how is that possible?**
A: I am not sure where it says that because the one I have reads 0.5g per 100ml . My husband is a type 1 diabetic and has been for 25 yrs and he always has two shots of the sugar free syrup and never gives himself extra insulin so I believe if you are going to have a lot more then just the two shots in your drink I would check about the carbs

It adds a nice hazelnut flavour with a light hint of almond and vanilla, and it works well in lattes and hot chocolate. Being sugar-free, it’s not overly sweet, which I prefer. It also mixes fine in cold drinks and cocktails. The bottle is quite large, so it lasts a while. With Amazon Prime, delivery was free and returns are easy within 30 days if needed. Overall, it’s a decent everyday coffee syrup.

This tasted nice but did have a little after taste However, word of warning, if you have IBS be careful, I happily added a big glig, with another sugar free flavour,so 2 big glugs, I drank it & enjoyed it & then I spent the next couple of hours on the loo 😂 So if you have a colonoscopy coming up, buy it 😂
