The Red-Light panel works as advertised and has helped with foot pain reduction. It comes with the cord, hanging wire, and blackout eye covers which is crucial since the light is very bright! The device itself is lightweight which makes it easy to move around, adjust height with hanging wire (or can just lean on something/hold), and a good size for body +looks sleek. The heat level is pretty moderate and warms up as you use it for longer durations. I generally use this about 2-3/week during my lymphatic drainage routine.
