I don't know specifically, what product or part it is, but since their toys are basically wood and paint, maybe glue, it can be any of those items, that represent the warning. If their products are produced in CA, this state makes companies place this warning on products that may have been manufactured with know cancer causing agents.

Q: Does qny of the qnimals make noise or just a wooden figure?

They are wooden figures, nothing makes noise. My 17 month old granddaughter loves them. I gave them to her for Christmas. It is very well made and really cute. The figures do get scratched a little bit, but I would buy it again. I have hardwood floors, so maybe they would not get scratch marks if you have carpet.
