The flavor of the coffee does truly have a cinnamon taste and smell to it, not really much chocolate to it but that is okay for my taste since it isn't overly candied. The scent is wonderful and exotic.My one issue is that since I had not had this company's coffee before and since this bag may have been an of-batch on the grinding of the coffee but I will grind the rest of it as it was everything from well-ground to not even ground full beans. About 3/4 of the way into the brewing I started to hear noises coming from my coffeemaker. I should have responded because when I checked it in a couple of minutes there was a mess on the kitchen counter and coffeemaker.
