Waterproof and lightweight, they deliver bright, high-contrast images with 8x magnification, making them ideal for hunters, hikers, and outdoor professionals. Backed by a lifetime transferable warranty, these binoculars are engineered for relentless performance in any environment. ## Description The Military-Marine 8x30 is the civilian version of Steiner’s legendary military binoculars. Designed for those who demand battle-worthy performance in their hunting, hiking, and outdoor adventures, these binoculars provide the same incredible toughness and clarity that earned Steiner respect in combat zones worldwide. The standout feature is the Sports-Auto-Focus™ system. Once you calibrate each eyepiece to your individual eyesight, every object from 20 yards to the horizon stays in constant, crisp focus. This is a game-changer for scanning open landscapes or tracking fast-moving wildlife, as it allows you to keep your eyes on the target instead of fumbling with a focus wheel in critical moments. Whether you are navigating dense timber or a rocky shoreline, the Steiner Military-Marine is built to endure. The O-ring sealed, waterproof construction shrugs off rain and snow, while the durable rubber armor provides a secure, non-slip grip in wet conditions. Compact enough to fit in a pack yet powerful enough for serious glassing, these are the only all-around binoculars you will ever need. Review: Wouldn’t change a thing! - These things are worth every penny. Chrystal clear image and very good color without much in the way of chromatic aberration. The “Auto Focus” is a bit of a misnomer as you do have to manually adjust the focus on each eye, but this allows you to set them to different focal depths and not need to mess with them much within that range of distances. It sort of tricks your brain into making the image mostly in focus within the set ranges. It’s very intuitive and easy to set on the fly. The objective lease covers seal very securely but you won’t have to wrestle them loose, and they’re captive so you can just pop them loose and they’ll hang on to the binoculars out of the way without interfering with your view. Rear caps are one piece and not the most secure, but that can be remedied with a ranger band or elastic hair tie across the bridge and they’ll be fine. Comes with a pretty awesome desert camo padded soft case and tan neck strap as well. Overall 10/10 they feel rugged and well made. Super functional and you won’t feel like you are at a loss of value. Review: High quality binoculars, made in Germany - I upgraded my gear from a Nikon 9X25CF and bought the Steiner 8X30 Military-Marine. I needed binoculars that could focus on fast moving objects without constantly having to adjust the center-focus-wheel. I am impressed with the auto-focus feature which works great from 20yard to infinity. If you're trying to observe objects that are closer than 20 yards, then these binoculars are not for you. The optics are bright and clear over the entire field of view. I take them out for hunting, camping, boating, hiking, target shooting, beach and travel. Built to military specs, they are tough and excellent in all environments and climates. There is plenty of eye-relief and the cups roll back to accommodate those who wear glasses. You get what you pay for. Highly recommend. ## Features - MILITARY-GRADE DURABILITY: Built with a Makrolon polycarbonate housing and NBR Long Life rubber armoring, this rugged chassis is designed to withstand 11 Gs of impact. It is oil, petroleum, and chemical resistant for a lifetime of hard use in the backcountry. - SPORTS-AUTO-FOCUS TECHNOLOGY: This unique system allows you to focus each eyepiece to your vision once, ensuring a razor-sharp image from 20 yards to infinity. You will never have to chase focus on moving objects again, making them perfect for fast-paced action and scanning large areas. - FLOATING PRISM SYSTEM: Features a flexible silicone lens mount that absorbs severe shock and impact without damage. This ensures your internal optics remain perfectly aligned even after accidental drops or rough handling in the field. - HIGH-CONTRAST OPTICS: Steiner’s proprietary lens coatings provide bright, high-resolution images with accurate color rendition. The 8x magnification and 30mm objective lenses offer the ideal balance of power and portability for hunters and hikers. - LIGHTWEIGHT & ERGONOMIC: Weighing only 17.1 ounces, these binoculars are comfortable for all-day use. The compact design shifts the center of gravity into your palms for stable viewing, even when you are on the move. - STEINER HERITAGE WARRANTY: Buy with confidence knowing your investment is protected by a no-questions-asked, transferable lifetime warranty. If they break or fail, Steiner will repair or replace them at no cost to you—forever. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00BJR22OU | | Age Range (Description) | Adult | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #223 in Camera & Photo Products ( See Top 100 in Camera & Photo Products ) #103 in Binoculars | | Brand | Steiner | | Built-In Media | Steiner Military-Marine Series Binoculars, Lightweight Tactical Precision Optics for Any Situation, Waterproof, Green, 8x30 | | Coating | Fully Coated | | Color | Green | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 347 Reviews | | Diopter Adjustment Range | +/- 5 dpt | | EU Spare Part Availability Duration | 10 years | | Enclosure Material | Blend | | Exit-Pupil Diameter | 3.75 millimeters | | Features | Lightweight,Waterproof | | Field of View | 362 feet | | Focus Description | Auto Focus - You never focus a moving target again! | | Focus Type | Auto Focus | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00840229103102 | | Item Dimensions L x W | 6.7"L x 2.2"W | | Item Type Name | Binoculars | | Item Weight | 1.1 pounds | | Magnification Maximum | 8 x | | Manufacturer | Steiner Optics | | Manufacturer Part Number | 2033 | | Model Name | Steiner Military-Marine Series Binoculars, Lightweight Tactical Precision Optics for Any Situation | | Model Number | 2033 | | Mount Type | Tripod Mount | | Number of Items | 1 | | Objective Lens Diameter | 30 millimeters | | Prism Type | Porro Prism | | Size Map | Compact | | Special Feature | Lightweight,Waterproof | | Specific Uses | Marine | | Specific Uses For Product | Marine | | UPC | 840229103102 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | Steiner Heritage Warranty – For the Life of the Product | | Water Resistance Level | Waterproof | | Zoom Ratio | 8 multiplier_x | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Brand:** Steiner - **Magnification Maximum:** 8 x - **Objective Lens Diameter:** 30 millimeters - **Special Feature:** Lightweight,Waterproof ## Images ![Military-Marine 8x30 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/616YkaySeTL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: What comes in the box? carry case? re: steiner military-marine series binoculars, 8x30** A: These come with a soft case, carrying strap, and lens cleaner. **Q: What model number are these? Was good till it fell and broke the front ocular off on one side. No I replaced it with a new one here and can‘t hold back my joy. Had to write this review. As a surprise, it came with a little carrying bag in camouflage design. Since it is new it is much clearer than my old one. Brilliant. I‘m sure it will be with me for a nother 40🙄. Totally recommend these Steiner Glasses. ## Frequently Bought Together - Steiner Military-Marine Series Binoculars, Lightweight Tactical Precision Optics for Any Situation, Waterproof, Green, 8x30 - Steiner Floating Strap for Marine Binoculars - Long-Lasting Waterproof Floating Binocular Accessory - Steiner Premium Padded Binocular Case --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.es/products/46579305-military-marine-8x30](https://www.desertcart.es/products/46579305-military-marine-8x30) --- *Product available on Desertcart Spain* *Store origin: ES* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
