What are guidelines for each size in terms of fish size they are good for and range?

As a general rule of thumb, the range of a speargun is typically 3 times the length of the speargun, with the effective range being a little less than that. Ultimately, this depends on where you're fishing more than the size of the fish. If you are fishing in very clear water with lots of visibility like reefs and blue water for bigger fish, then a larger gun is more suitable. If you're fishing in murky water with limited visibility, a shorter gun is better suited for that application. AB Biller guns areperfect for taking down all sizes of fish. Does this come with the spear ? Line and float? Just starting time this it’s for carp and possibly alligator gar in tx. Very clear water 40 feet

These spearguns come with everything you need to start fishing. The float is a separate accessory that is not included. It does come with the shaft/spear, speartip, and shooting line with bungee.

Perfect for the Puget Sound!

Closed muzzle gun
