I went on desertcart's site and reported the damage and received a merchandise return authorization. We took it to UPS in the original packaging and did not pay a cent to have it returned. That same evening, we received a text message from desertcart stating that UPS alerted them that the package was being returned. desertcart mailed the new mirror the next day and it arrived this afternoon. I put it into our half bath, and the vanity is 36 inches, and this mirror is the perfect size, it has about four inches, maybe five on each size, and my flooring is brown slate, and the vanity is actually this yellow that I really never liked, but it came with the house, but this mirror makes that yellow look just perfect in that room, and the walls are light brown paper bag color, so the mirror as all the colors in it. It looks like I had it custom made for the room. They are nicer than the picture shows. The packaging was incredible. It took awhile to get them unpackaged, but I knew there would have been very little chance that they wouild have been damaged unless someone dropped them from the Empire State Building. They are a good size for the money. Not too big yet not to small. They will look fantastic when I get them mounted in my bathroom. This was a great purchase for the money.
