I bought this not knowing if it was going to work. It’s not a full sheet but It doesn’t need to be. Because I put underneath my fitted sheet. My husband has had bad insomnia for decades now. I didn’t tell him about this grounding sheet. But He has gotten so much restful sleep and sleeps all night long and stays in bed longer in the mornings. It is working for us. It’s a great product. I will buy more for my grown kids.

When I first put this on my bed I thought it was pretty comfortable, and I slept well. But after the first time I washed it that changed! It felt like I had crumpled up a sheet of aluminum foil and then tried to smooth it out. The sheet was anything but smooth, and the wire threads were scratchy and uncomfortable. I ironed it which made it somewhat better, but not as smooth as when I first took it out of the package. I gave it a few nights to see if lying on it would smooth out the wires but it didn’t. I bought a different brand which had the wire threads more spaced out and this didn’t happen. Disappointing, I had bought 3 of these sheets but didn’t try them for a few months, so once I tried the first one and found out how terrible it is, it was too late to return the other 2.

The smaller sheet is just wide enough for a body to lay on. I'm 6ft tall and it only comes down to the back of my calves. It is not fit sheetfed. So it just lays on your sheets, possibly you can put it under them. Does come with super long cord, with can be a plus. Depending where your plug ins are. However disappointed with the size, it seems to really work. I work in the Oilfield, and have lived a hard life. I toss and turn all night due to pain and broken bones, soreness EVERYWHERE. Now it did cure me of course. But, I've had solid nights sleep. HUGE difference in pain relief, and the stiffness when getting up has gone down tremendously. I've slept on it directly for only 2 nights, with such a change. I was super skeptical, as I always am. I'm amazed it works. At 44 yrs old, that doesn't happen much. I might even try the pillow one. I know people may be skeptics on grounding but we are made of electricity so the concept does make sense. A few months ago I had actually thought about grounding my bed with a wire to the ground, having the wire come down my second story balcony into the ground and somehow connecting the other end of the wire to aluminum foil that I can touch while sleeping. I was figuring out how to do this when I came across an ad for a grounding sheet. When I saw it was connected to the ground of the electrical system of the apartment, I was so happy because I realized, since the electrical system is grounded, then this grounding sheet must work to ground me during my sleep without having to go out of my way and open holes in the wall for the cable and having it dangle down my balcony and into the earth. Coincidentally, the last few months before I bought the grounding sheet I was tossing and turning the whole night, not feeling rested at all in the morning. I came across these grounding sheets/mats and I was very intrigued because I do believe in grounding. I bought the sheet (the slim one to put across the bed at my feet) at end of February 2024 and I've been sleeping on it for over 1 month. From the first night I started sleeping deeper and for the whole night. It has been a big difference. One night a couple of weeks back I was tossing and turning at night and when I woke up, I had kicked the sheet off the bed, so I realized my tossing and turning may have been due to not being grounded while sleeping. I bought some clips to clip the ends down so I don't kick the sheet off again and it's works to a point, just having to adjust the clipsoften is annoying. I will be purchasing a king size fitted grounding sheet soon for my bed to replace the small one I bought, this way I don't have those clips on my bed and can sleep without that issue. Then I'll use the smaller sheet to sit on while on the sofa watching TV or on my chair to work from home. I love these grounding sheets and have been happy with the results.

If you're gonna buy a grounding sheet, I suggest you buy a fitted one of any size, but not a 1/2 sheet as it continually moved around and bunched up into a ball every single time I changed positions in my sleep.

I sleep so much better with this grounding sheet! I don’t wake up numerous times in the middle of the night anymore. Also, I moved recently and misplaced the cord. I contacted the seller asking to buy a replacement. They said no we will just send you one. Not only did they send me a new cord, but it arrived two days after our convo!! First night sleeping on this was very restorative. refreshed and relaxed. The effect what it does for the mind n body is palpable . If you live in a city and are unable to connect bare foot to Mother Earth to ground on a daily basis . Then this is a must have. wish the material was a little softer however, knowing there is metal in the fabric would explain why softness isn’t priority. Effectiveness is . I think it’s . worth every cent.

This sheet works extremely well. The first grounding sheet we got was smaller and would not stay on the bed. This is the perfect size as most of your body is on the sheet for maximum benefits. My husband wakes up with no knee pain and my sleep is getting much better. Highly recommend this grounding sheet

Seems a bit expensive for it's size but does work as described.
