It’s not!The camera is new in box, fully shrink wrapped. It comes with all the normal items: battery, power cable with US and other countries attachments, and an activation key for DaVinci Resolve Studio editing software. And then on top of that it has an EXTRA 3rd party battery & charger, a microfiber cleaning cloth and a 64gb SD card.I’m very happy with everything I got for the price.
