Review: Great tool to have for cat medications - Wow! This pill crusher is absolutely amazing. I have a cat that needs to take a couple of medications. However, she just cannot eat those pill pockets or pill wrapper treats like my last cat did. Somehow, she finds a way to let the pill drop out... I'm not sure if it's intentional or she just eats in a weird way. If she gets a hint of one of those pills, which I understand are very bitter, then she's out permanently, like one of the Sharks on Shark Tank. This crusher lets me EASILY crush the pills up into a powder, mix in with her Fancy Feast along with some Churu, to mask the bitterness. She's slow eating it, but I think she knows now that she has to finish the food mixture to get the rest of her dinner. I wish I knew about this years ago for my last cat.

I have a relative who is now stroke and cancer patient. It’s difficult for her to swallow some of her medications as they can be a bit big. This causes a gag reflex. This pill crusher helps a lot in that we can crush it to a powder form and put with a spoon of pudding or apple sauce. It’s made of plastic and simply operates by place the pills in the little cup and twisting the cap on top until it stops. Unscrew the top and there you have it. Great tool for those who have a hard time swallowing their pills. And it’s compact design makes it very portable. Good to go!!!
