I take it daily (and yes I asked my Dr if it was ok due to having issues using the bathroom) After having issues with not using the bathroom 💩 after 3-4 days which is not healthy, I was told about this all natural herbal medication and after using it, I am so glad I did. I use the bathroom every day now, some times 2-3 times in a day! I no longer have bloating and pain from not being able to go 💩. I have been taking this medication now for 3 months. Now, I will say (for me) I take it at night around 6pm (with dinner) and by in the morning with my coffee, sometimes sooner, it is already working. For my husband, it works differently. Try it! A: 16 mg per dose of 4 tabs. One tab had 4mg

A: I don’t know. I sincerely doubt there will be a return on this product unless something rare happened. All patients I’ve helped with found this effective and gentle...

A: Packaging.  Product is the same to me.  I haven't noticed any difference.

I love this product, works very well, does not cause cramping. So much easier purchasing it through Amazon than directly from Shaklee. Same price, takes longer to get it straight from shaklee and you have to pay high shipping. In the long run cheaper and quicker to get it from Amazon.
