**Q: My pillows just arrived, what do I do to fluff it up?**
A: You can put then in a dryer with dryer balls or golf balls in a low heat setting for a couple minutes, or just pat and push the sides to fluff it up, let it air out for a few hours.For daily use, you can always fluff it up when it becomes flat, that will help maintain the loft and fluffy state.

**Q: Do you get extra packaged Foam with pillows to make pillows firmer?**
A: No, it does not come with extra foam. It is simply filled with a lot of foam. When you receive the pillow(s) they are extremely heavy. I removed over a quarter of the foam and it is still extra firm. I cannot use the pillow, it is too hard for my liking.

**Q: Are these pillows machine washable and dryabl**
A: The outer cover has a zipper so you can take out the insert and wash.

**Q: Why is there such a strong perfume scent? How do I get rid of it?**
A: I put mine in the dryer with 2 dryer sheets for 5 minutes, twice.  Then I left them in the room to “air” overnight.  There is no scent now.  Hope that’s helpful because the pillows are actually great.
